t's Ash Wednesday and my knee bone hurting meh, my back bone hurting meh, that's why I'm walking funny .... lol .... seriously though, ah aching in places I didn't know I even had muscles ... and yet your girl is getting ready to go out again!

After misbehaving on de road Carnival Monday & Tuesday, you would think we would stay home and relax on Ash Wednesday right? .... NO SIR!! Machel Montano HD is at Zen tonight and we still have some jamishness left in we! So Sig Juice aka PSI Party Scene Investigations (TJJ South FL) linked me up in Maraval and we are off to club Zen.

Now if you see pressha to find Zen. Yes, Sig Juice has never been to Zen and I've been once, but was wasn't paying attention to the road that time. And why people can't give proper directions in Trini??!! All we hearing is go down so, go round so, come up so ... what happen to street names people? Anyway after driving around the Savannah for what seemed like hours, we finally made it to Zen. By the time we reach HD was already on stage, steups... plus we had to flight our way thru the jam packed crowd to get front stage. Not that we are surprised about the huge turn out ... after all, it's RAH Wednesdays at club Zen!

Well Machel put on a full show with HD band members Zan and Patrice Roberts, and special guests David Rudder ("Oil and Music"), Ricky T ("Pressure Boom"), Farmer Nappy ("Chippin"), Macka Diamond ("Wukkin' Up Remix") and Kerwin Du Bois & Shal Marshall ('Gyal Farm"). We tell you boy, nobody gets the crowd going like Machel ... the people were losing their minds - pure "Jamishness" (yes, ah love de sound) in de place!! And when ah hear "Congo Man", I had to rest my camera on de stage and start going down, down, downdowndowndown with de crowd! Ah love it! Ok back to work now ... click, click, snap, snap.

It was impossible to go thru dat crowd so we stayed put until the show ended! And, as it would have it, we did not anticipate the massive exodus once the curtains came down on Machel. While most of the people left right after the show (we guessing folks have work or an early flight to catch in the tomorrow), the rest of us hardcore feters stayed behind for "Mo Wuk"!! The DJs spun some Soca, Reggae, R&B and Hip Hip ... we aren't sure why they played Hip Hop and R&B but say wha, we were still having ah ball.

It was time to call it a night and say farewell to another wonderful TnT Carnival ... "Carnival Please Stay"!
